Brought a Yamaha R6 from Vic a couple of days ago. Vic was very friendly and the bikes were all good value. I will for sure take it back to them for servicing etc. He did me a great deal and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was very lucky to find Vic. After months of searching for a good motor bike to purchase, I found this shop and the bike I was after. The bike was in good condition and Vic made sure the bike was tip top, MOT'd and safe to ride before I took it home. Even after purchase he made sure to followed up with me about the bikes condition and immediately addressed any issues I presented free of charge. Aside from that, Vic is an absolute pleasure to chat with, he's extremely knowledgeable about motorbikes and answered all of my questions in a way that I (a person who doesn't know much about motor bikes at all) could understand. I highly recommend Vic and his services, especially if you're relatively new to the motorbike world, his knowledge and experience makes him a safe bet.

One of the best honest bike mechanics to be honest. I’ve been going to Vicken for the past 3 years or so and I’ve had no issues with him. Very professional and friendly and helpful and honest. Recommended to friends and they were happy also. He’s flexible and reasonable on prices too when something needs done and can’t complain overall, definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a honest bike mechanic.

Bought a bike without viewing which was basically a huge mistake. It was essentially nothing more than scrap.sold with two tyres that wouldn't (but did, by them) pass an MOT. A frayed belt in need of an emergency change, a very, very used clutch which was also way out. A front brake disc which was also illegal,l A terrible (and in urgent need of a change) suspension a filthy air filter.fuel gauge that doesn't work, seat hanging off by it's bracket, an oil filter that hadn't been changed in 33000 miles. and the list goes on... An expensive lesson has been had at my expenses. Oh yeah, given a three-month warranty, but no paperwork to suggest that if anything went wrrong they would have helped me. I'm going to leave two stars. As they do seem nice people. Just don't buy a bike from them. Response to A406: yes, Im fairly sure its you. You and \webbs of ealing\ seem like you're operating out of the same address. If you correct your address, i may correct my error.
