I researched several storage locations in the area for a client but found the others either not suitable/not very pleasant or super pushy with their sales, which just put me off them. Access ticked all the boxes; easy access site, clean and tidy, everything explained clearly and simply, very accomodating (as we kept pushing the date back due to lockdown) and the staff are super helpful and friendly. I'd say they're the best value for money.

Visited Access Self Storage in Cricklewood to check in at the start of my rental. Process was so easy and efficiently handled by lovely staff member Abdul who really is a huge asset to the business. Was shown to my unit, everything checked and clear and easy check-in process. Social distancing implemented very well but not obtrusively. Highly recommended. Friendly, attentive and efficient service.

Very helpful staff and nice and easy to get in and out. It would have been a 5 star review if I hadn't needed to hang around for half an hour while they generated the paperwork. I did book it with a call centre 4 days ago so they had the time.

I waited 4 weeks for my refund check, I called 5 times to chase, & all I was told , we will speak with the manager, we will check with account, we will resend it to you. Its almost like they didn't want me to have it, so annoying, but all sorted now! However, storage is safe and has good security.
