Very good agency. They helped me in everything to be able to rent the house. Nicholas Henderson was exceptional in guiding me in everything and Mr Connor was impeccable in my processes. I recommend this agency to anyone who wants to rent their propeties. They are credible, reliable and with a good service system. Acorn in general are really driven and active in sending available properties in comparison with the other agents we were in contact with. We were really pleased to meet Nicholas who went out of his way to accommodate our viewing ( as we were running late), he is polite, extremely professional, answered all of our questions honestly and was really efficient with replying to our emails and phone calls at all times. His customer service is five stars and I highly recommend him if you use this branch!

Acorn Catford were extremely helpful in facilitating both our sale and purchase. Richard Allen and Max Smith were extremely efficient in marketing our property and have impressive local knowledge. They got us a more than satisfactory price for the property we were selling, and we got very good value on the one we bought through Acorn too. Our chain had a few complications, but Max and Richard were proactive in re-marketing our property and got the sale moving again within hours. Paige and Franco were also really helpful in this process. At what is a very busy period in their industry, they were always responsive and communication was spot on. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I went to Nicolas (Catford Letting team) and with a great effort he found me tenants in 3 weeks (Clearing all the references), which is certainly wonderful, taking stress off Landlord.
