Helen is very kind woman and she is passionate about helping people. She is understanding and easy to talk to. I thought I knew a lot about ADHD but she explained it to me very well and taught me more about my condition. I was seen in a month after booking an appointment, received my results and prescription within 24 hours! Not only is her service fast, she goes the extra mile to provide you with plenty of interesting resources and even answers any of your questions via email. She does this all at an amazing cost I will be recommending Helen to my friends. If you need a fast, cost effective ADHD diagnosis with a brilliant psychiatrist, look no further!

I cannot thank Helen enough. The whole process was made so much easier by Helen's prompt responses, answers to my many questions and how she made the appointment far more comfortable than I expected to be. An incredible consultation! I have been struggling to find a service that caters for ADHD in adults in the UK for about 2 years now, but I am SO happy that I finally landed on ADHD Consultancy. Dr. Read draws from a diverse and vast knowledge base to form a holistic view of each client and tailor an intervention plan accordingly. I felt at ease, without the judgment that is so often paired when discussing ADHD in the medical community, and found the entire consultation to be a collaborative, open and honest discussion. I left with increased motivation to be an active participant in my treatment plan, a newfound knowledge and appreciation of neurodivergent brain chemistry, and absolute relief at finding Dr. Read. The suggested materials and resources she provided were understandable and helped me get to grips with a subject I knew little about. Helen is a very considerate and thoughtful person who made the time with her busy schedule for me, to give me another diagnosis report. As we all know the NHS wedding lists or can be very long it was a year and a half for me. I researched many other options and because of covid-19 consultations can be done over WhatsApp. Through through my own research I found that she was by far the cheapest option for me, this is compared to psychiatry UK, Cambridge ADHD and many Harley Street professionals. For the same services in the past it is cost me in the thousands of pounds overtime, I wish I had known about Helen when I did my my newest DSM 5 as it would have saved hundreds and hundreds of pounds for the exact same paperwork needed for diagnosis. For the type of consultation I had all other options where around 600 and Helen was able to do this for me for 150. Not only was she able to book me in a head of time because of a cancellation as I was in a bit of a rush due to college courses starting but I also sent me my report the very next day. As I have said above when I paid over 900 to a different psychiatrist it took them 2 weeks to send a report. Be sure to look at all the other ratings as I did. There is nothing but positive feedback and 5-star ratings so she is obviously doing a fantastic job. Can't thank her enough taking the time and even went above and beyond by sending me links in literature so I could get a better understanding of ADHD is is as it is very misunderstood by many people who do not have it. By learning more about it I am now able to have better coping skills, and useful tips to help me in my everyday life.
