I hired Aleur to complete a full structural appraisal of a property prior to purchase, as requested by a mortgage valuation. He successfully discovered and documented multiple faults I'd not previously identified in a well-produced report alongside causes, suggested corrective actions and estimated costs. He was able to confirm cracks in the masonry of the property were not the result of ground subsidence. Upon showing the report to the bank valuer who quibbled over specific wording Aleur was happy to correct to the exact wording they demanded. Mortgage successfully approved. Should I need future structural work completed, Aleur will be my first port of call.
