I just remortgaged with Alexander Hall through Will Roberts, he also arranged my initial mortgage for my first property. I was greatly impressed with Will and his service. He was very hands on with the process and was able to provide me with reassuring answers to all of my questions. GREAT value for money.

Worst possible experience. I was very excited to have been appointed one of the most senior members of staff and my initial meeting was very positive. Following that though then my advisor caused me considerable amounts of stress and almost lost me my dream home, had I not switched to another mortgage advisor company. My mortgage advisor didn't send out my mortgage in principle when she declared she would or even the week after. She wouldn't answer my calls. Finally when pressed she sent me a mortgage in principle which was seemingly the worst possible mortgage, with an interest rate three times higher than the rate discussed at the initial meeting, and the rate my new mortgage advisor has found me, which I have now accepted. I can only deduce that the advisor was not actually interested in having me as a client in the slightest and was just attempting to get rid of me. Overrall it was completely unprofessional, utterly disappointing and caused me an enormous amount of stress. I advise everyone to avoid this broker at all costs.

It felt as though my mortgage arrangements were settled in moments. Will and the team were infinitely helpful, supportive, and clear. I know nothing whatever about mortgages, but the options were laid out comprehensively and transparently, making it very easy for me to make an informed choice. Not only have I found a tremendous deal, but all the extras (like protection) have been sorted too. I really can't fault the service: quick, friendly, painless. I look forward to working with Alexander Hall again in the future.

I cannot recommend Alexander Hall (and Patrick Hulse in particular) enough. They have simplified a rather daunting and scary process into a walk in the park. Solid, substantiated advice coupled with bespoke customer service and proactive approach makes Alexander Hall the go to mortgage broker. Their knowledge and understanding of the market and links to the industry makes them an invaluable asset. I would really not ever consider arranging for a mortgage without their help and advice.
