Unfortunately this surgery is going downhill, drs are professional and staff are polite but so many limitations in trying to book an appointment even when you receive a response telling you to call surgery to make appt, when you do you're told that you can only arrange this by calling at 8am on a daily basis until you Win the appointment lottery, sorry but work gets in the way. So I now have to go without medication until I get a day off!!!! Very poor service

I have been with this GP practice for 20 yrs, I have always been happy that I am able to still get appointments within reasonable time frames (post covid-19) and emergency appointments when required. The surgery environment itself I find is always well kept, clean and tidy. I think my main gripe is with the frontline staff and admin. As many of the reviews state some (not all) of the receptionist are quite rude, you can hear the attitude in their voice and I think its 1 or 2 of them, and it happens on many occasions, they've all worked there for years so sadly I think I have just got use to their mannerisms. But to see so many reviews saying the same thing is not a good look. With admin my gripe is the lengthy waiting times for evidence letters/reports, you wait weeks for an acknowledgement of your letter and fee cost, then further weeks to have it done and ready to collect. I dont think for a paying service which is dear in price for what I'm requesting should take that long, I'm talking 2 month turnaround sometimes. I have to also agree Dr Lee is an asset to the surgery, and also Claire the nurse, both very professional, thorough and more than reasonable in terms of having a person centred approach to their patients.

I have called and told call in morning at 8 for booking and did next day but they don’t have anything for me and she told me go on our website and do e-consult and later i checked they don’t have website

Called in to see how I could go about getting a PCR test? They replied, What's a PCR Test???? I am from today changing to a different practice. Utterly unprofessional approach from there staff.
