Great Service (REVIEW 1) I have just received my Air Purifier, which arrived to my surprise well in advance, of my expected delivery date. I'm very excited to use the Blue Air 411, because the reviews have been overall good, so I shall write a further review about the functionality of the Blue Air 411. Allergy Cosmos and in particular their customer service adviser Lekan, he has provided me with exceptional customer service. I called and emailed him on a number of occasions his customer service interpersonal skills and product knowledge and professionalism have been of a high standard. I highly recommend Allergy Cosmos and will be recommending to my network of friends, as soon as I assess the functionality of the Blue Air 411 Purifier. Happy Shopper Many Thanks Pappi (PRODUCT REVIEW) 5 DAYS LATER, BLUE AIR 411 AMAZING LITTLE PURIFIER I have to leave this review Now my sleeping experience has dramatically changed in such a short time and frankly its amazing, \Yes I said it amazing.\ I have used the Blue Air now for five days, and yes some might say its a bit premature to be making this review so soon. I beg to differ my total consumer experience has been dramatic. The quality of the air I breath is dramatically different my nose is not blocked when I awake. The air tastes and smells different and I have not had the Blue Air Purifier constantly on. Its akin to leaving SMOG OF LONDON, and MOVING TO THE LEAFY COUNTRYSIDE. I bought two IQ Air units from Allergy Cosmos almost 10 years ago, after I was exposed to toxic gases. Apart from a minor electrical fault on the display of one, (which was quickly rectified at no charge to me) both machines have worked perfectly and are still going strong. More importantly, the customer support has been phenomenal. Christian and the team are extremely knowledgable about their products, generous with their time, and have given me invaluable help and advice when it has come to maximising the potential of both machines. I have called on a number of occasions related to filters, or anti-mould spray and so far every product they have recommended has helped, and made a real difference to my health. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
