My car was booked in for a service so I went inside dropped my keys and handbook off etc. I came back out to watch a man (I assume from the workshop as he was moving a company car) reverse in to my car which was parked outside the workshop ready to be serviced. He briefly opened the door to check but didn’t really seemed phased. I got out of my friend’s car (she was picking me up) to go over and check that no damage had been done and not a word from him. Didn’t even apologise or acknowledge me, there was also a man either guiding him or at least stood there watching while he did it and he didn’t say anything either. There was plenty of room to manoeuvre and I was left very anxious leaving my car there after this.

Over a number of decades of buying and selling my cars this was hands down the best experience I've had to date. This was largely due to the brilliant service on the part of Hannah Zegli. From the moment I called to driving my car away a week later, she delivered impeccable, friendly, efficient service. I've never really enjoyed the process especially through a dealership before and this has completely changed that for me. I found her and her team to be sincere and genuinely helpful. Would recommend her and Ancaster to anyone.
