Fantastic service, Jaime searched for the Lino, I wanted with wood effect. Laying the Lino it was lined up beautifully, total craftsmanship, every room connected with the wood grain, giving the effect it moved through, start to finish the two working with me were amazing, loved what they did and worked to their own high standards. Most people think it’s actually a wood floor. Totally impressed by them, have recommended them and would use them again. They kept to the agreed price even though a change had to be made, honourable through and through.
Not happy at all. First the communication was very unprofessional, I gave Dennis my details went to my flat took the measurements and never got back to me. After weeks I contact him again only to find myself waiting again. It is very disappointing that basically you find yourself kind of begging for someone to do their job.
