Great old fashioned business. There is a showroom where you can see and examine what they sell, browse catalogues, and order what you want. Then once ordered you walk across the road to a warehouse and hand them your order form and they'll make up your order. I'm writing this as an individual buying for my own use - something they are happy to help with - but the business obviously operates on a much larger scale for it's main income. In any case the few people I met there were all friendly and helpful. The equipment they sell is good quality and good value. I bought two wooden brooms with natural bristle heads, a wooden handled dustpan brush with natural bristles, and a pressed metal dustpan - all for 10 including VAT. These brushes will last at least 10x that of the ones you'll get at most hardware stores because the brush handles slot into holes in the heads of the brushes - then you knock a nail through and it's afixed. If this becomes loose you could saw a little off the end and do it once again, though I doubt this would happen if you afix it well - I screwed mine in. Now, with those you buy at the hardware stores, even the wooden ones, the brushes slot into a plastic fixing that is screwed to the brush head - the plastic breaks after a year or so if that and the whole thing is junk. Anyway, I love this place, it's how businesses used to be all over before the massive companies took over.
