I found this firm to be so difficult to deal with. I would go weeks with no update & but when I called my solicitor was always reviewing my case ight now\. I was left to handle much of the dispute myself because it was time sensitive & when action was suddenly taken by them it was out of date because things had evolved & no-one had been in touch or read my messages. They were very happy to charge me promptly & run up an additional 700 of expenses with no warning that I was close to the expiration of 2k retainer funds. I found this to be unethical & unprofessional & would not recommend.
