Katie at Argos (tattoos on arm) helped me pick the perfect fan earlier today. Great customer service, it was end of the day and she didnt need to be so helpful, but she was helpful. I love the fan. 10/10 staff member there. Thanks.

Went to collect my order today and the manager \Sue\ was very rude. Very bad customer service, saying that she will not hurt herself carrying my order, that is ridiculous!

The staff and managers are extremely rude and refuse to help us solve the mistakes they made! The first time I feel being discriminated in UK, and me and my friends never want to go to Argos again and we will try our best to find a way to complain!
