This is the worst Argos branch I've ever been to, with the rudest and most unprofessional staff. Do you literally hire anyone by the looks of it? In the past year we had to return an item twice as we buy a lot of stuff from Argos, the first time a young girl yelled at us because we didn't bring the item back straight ahead (we still had 20 days left to return) & a man which I'm assuming is the manager tried to sell us batteries instead (?). The second time we wanted to return an item that wasn't compatible with what we were looking for and two of the rudest women I've ever encountered just said o the box has been opened\ (how else are we supposed to find out if it's working or not as the staff there doesn't have a clue when you ask them a question?) Taken the item to another branch and didn't have a problem. It's the closest branch to our house but will gladly travel further and obviously not return to this branch. Will also file a complaint.
