Staff are quite rude, will not shop there again in the future. Tip for Argos hire staff who have to interact with people with people skills otherwise let them work in the sorting area. \u200d️

Poor service. Lack of information consistency. The store manager did not accept a return item even if customer service explicitly confirmed to us that the item is eligible for a return. We even showed the full conversation with customer service and the manager said that it’s his store and he decides what gets returned and what not. He started raising his voice when we really weren’t trying to be difficult, we were just trying to understand why we received contradictory information within the same company. We wouldn’t even have bothered to go to the store even it wouldn’t have been already confirmed. Will definitely avoid going to this store from now on.

I am really disappointed with Argos, I am disabled and has a 4yrs old daughter, we just moved to a new accommodation, there is no cooker and we been relying on take a way and microwaved meal. I went in the store and bought cooker on 21/10/20, I also paid for installation and they said, it will be delivered and install within two weeks, I didn’t hear anything from them until yesterday 6/11/20 by text that, the cooker is out of stock, and my money will be refund in 3-5 working days. I checked on website and there were still more available. I contacted Argo and they said they can’t do anything due to lockdown. Now we are in lockdown and we don’t know how lockdown going to last, what will I do now, we are coming to Christmas. It’s discussing and horrible to treat people like this, I ordered before lockdown.

Dont shop at argos please read this and consider before going to argos or ordering from argos. Really bad store. Be careful staffs are very short tampered. Their delivery driver attacked me. Shame on you argos
