Located in Low Hall Sainsburys, very convenient as you can pick up your items and do your weekly shop at the same location. I ordered and paid online, upon getting to the counter I was asked for my code which was processed. I waited no more than 5 minutes for my items to be given to me. Very fast and efficient, polite staff, definitely recommend.

The staff and especially the manager who was working on 26th December were totally unhelpful and really upset my family. I wanted to return an XRocker. I opened the box and tried to reseal it as best I could but they were on the attack from the moment I approached their counter and said that I had used the item. They were really horrible about the whole thing. The worst thing was that they said that if I took it to another branch of Argos that they would take it back. Silly man. Incredibly upsetting and in this current climate, when Argos are one of the few shops allowed to be open, and when they must be making extortiante profits because we are all forced to buy from them. I am ashamed at their behaviour and intend to never have to part with a penny of my hard earned money with them again.

Staff not helpful always with a bad attitude. Tried to return an item that wasnt what I needed that I opened and reseal as best as I could they wouldn't take it back because I used selotape to seal it. Rubbish customer service. Never going back there again. Not sure I'll be using argos anymore

A large well-stocked branch of Sainsbury's. Although there is a smaller store closer to me and which is more convenient I like to go out of my way to visit this one since there is a greater variety of stock on offer and, at least during weekdays mornings and afternoons, it is relatively quiet. Can't vouch for evenings and weekends though.
