Ordered item from ebay. Had the worst customer service and help ever from anywhere that have been to. 3 times had to comeback to the store to collect the item. You unprofessional lazy, unhelpful, unrespectful people working there learn your job!!! When ebay delivery comes in repeat in your head that you need to scan it first in order for customer to receive FM code because when you scan it it generates the code for customer but you just took delivery and did not bother to do that. I am talking about especially miss RHIANNON you doesn't know her job but pretends that she does rude, walking around with a drink ignorant oh and the lady who stands by the door darling people have brains where are they going collection or not it is not your business if I need help I will ask you won't control me and tell me what to do. Argos have a look at your staff in that store they need training not all but a lot of them. I suggest others avoid this store.

As far as getting what you want from the argos catalogue or picking up items purchased online, it's alright, never had any problems with that. But this shop just looks so dated from the outside and inside, its depressing. See photos and video. On the positive side they seem to keep the place clean.
So far of my experience with the customer service, the woowich branch has the worst manager ever. MANAGER..???I THINK ARGOS NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF SPECIALLY WHO IS A MANAGER. I bought a watch for my dad's birthday on July which has 2 years guarantee. Within few times of wear, the adjustable screw just came off. Took it to the woolwich branch but without even having a look what was wrong with the item, the manager said, it was my intentional damage and walked away. Can you please that? I was trying to discuss whats the next step but she just walked away saying she won't issue any refunds or exchange. Really disappointed!! Stopping and cancelling all the purchases from Argos ASAP!! Worst manager!!

Helpful staff. I had to return a faulty item and it was dealt with promptly, courteously and with no hassle. The store can get very busy at times, so more tricky queries are better taken in during a quieter time. Otherwise a pretty ok Argos experience.
