I was not a big fan of coffee but the coffee at Arise Coffee Roasters is so delicious that I always order an oat milk latte and always get a high standard of coffee every time. During lockdown, I couldn't go to Arise for coffee beans as often as I hoped for. Last week I visited Arise again and their coffee beans have kept their high standard as before. Highly recommended

I really want to support local businesses over the bigger coffee chains local to the area but Arise really misses the mark on customer facing service. We have been visiting the shop about three times a week so would say we have a fair view of the service between busy and quieter times. We are never acknowledged when we walk in and customers have to discuss amongst themselves who is next or has been served until someone decides to serve us. A simple nod or hello would just make customers feel like they aren't putting the team out. The coffee is really fab but not an enjoyable customer experience, will come back if it improves.

I come to Arise quite often, for a break between dancing at The Dance Lab! The guys here are amazing and make you feel like you are in your home! I love it!

Love the vibe and the delicious coffee. They also have a great range of coffee beans roasted in house to take home! The owner is very passionate and knowledgeable about coffee and the staff alike. Wish I live closer!

Really well decorated and a beautiful modern building in which you can find great coffee and tasty shortbread! The queueing system leaves a bit to be desired and there wasn't much acknowledgement when I walked in (which was a shame because the service was really friendly when it was my turn). It made it quite confusing to know where you were in the queue. Some of the food and snacks were cut into reeeeeally small chunks for the price. With a couple of changes I'd have given five, but I would definitely recommend and revisit.
