Terrible service. I had to ring for them to open the door even though they could see me waiting. The administrative staff really didn't seem bothered.
I have never known such an unprofessional firm. I have been waiting over 8 years for them to complete the probate of my relatives will and still no idea of when it may be resolved. Their communication is atrocious and when they do finally respond they blame HRMC or their accountants for the delay. They never provide enough information and thus I am constantly in the dark about what's going on. At this point I am seriously considering reporting them
