Upon arrival to the forecourt, I was warmly welcomed by the staff members, the vehicle I was coming for a viewing was prepared with the key ready and no pressure to selling. Viewed the car which was above and beyond satisfactory. Very honest in regards to the history and paperwork. The vehicle would be considered somewhat \high mileage\. Despite that, the bodywork and engine seemed immaculate. After test driving the car, I was really happy to purchase the vehicle. The sales team sorted out the finance for me at reasonable rates, purchased with 3-month warranty. Very friendly, welcoming and professional. Thank you Ashtar for helping me with the vehicle purchase. 7 months later, car is still running as it should with no issues! Highly Recommend!
I was a bit skeptical about buying from a dealership however the guys here have been great. They were so honest and helpful and accommodating it changed my perspective and exceeded my expectations. I had read the online reviews but decided to judge for myself and I would honestly recommend Ashtar auto. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. We had the car checked out by an independent mechanic company externally which we paid for before we purchased and the reports came back really good. There were only very small technical glitches that needed fixing and Ashtar autos sorted this out for us. I can’t fault their service and professionalism and polite manners.
Besides a great price for my car, I was sold the car with the wrong battery and discs which were cut so poorly that my mechanic was horrified. Instead of warning me, they let me drive away with the car, then proceeded to dodge phone calls and emails after the sale. Would not recommend.
