Today I was seen by Hashim for my hearing aids. My experience was so nice in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Hashim was so thorough with all my needs and made me feel really at ease. I think he is such a lovely young man, I’m so glad I saw him, he was very caring, nice to talk to and had all the patience in the world. I even met Alan at one of my appointments, who was equally a very lovely man. They both made me feel that they really cared about the outcome relating to my hearing and that’s all anyone wants when they have hearing loss. I would thoroughly recommend Audiological Science if you need a great service!!

I came here for my first ever fitting in July 2017. Had an absolutely superb experience. Their audiologist at the time was a thorough professional who coached me so well on how to adapt to the hearing aids. Alan, the owner gave an outstanding discount on their premium Oticon OPN 1. As I was only in UK for a holiday and would not have availed their free after care plan, Emma was kind enough to give a bunch of free wax filters, domes and other accessories. However the most remarkable part of my experience is the service I have gotten in the last 3.5 years while living here in Pakistan. Their new audiologist Hashim is an excellent professional. They have honoured the warranty till the end when the devices needed repairs. Hashim is so talented that he was able to tune the devices perfectly just by looking at the hearing test report as I could not be in the UK for the second fitting. Now I am delighted to be upgrading to the latest Oticon More 1 with them - again at a fantastic price and a whopping 5 year international warranty. This is world class service at its best! Thank you Hashim and Alan.

The service I received when I contacted Audiological to book an appointment was excellent. The agent I spoke with was both very pleasant and helpful. The delay in obtaining an appointment was explained to me and was totally acceptable. The operative who attended to me was polite, caring and very professional. The actual process of removing my ear wax was quick, painless and successful. Any anxiety I had was immediately dispelled. If you need this service I do not think you could find better.
