I have some Audiyo headphones received as a gift in Spain over a year ago. I had a problem with settings and driver to connect them to a PC and contacted by email. Customer service was fast, helpfull, and efficient. Positively surprised!!

Really helpful customer service when I called up Audiyo- I spoke to Chris and he was really helpful explaining how the free insurance worked. My Audiyo Bangaz turned up quickly and sounds great in the kitchen - even managed to get it working with Amazon's Alexa

I bought a pair of Audiyo i7 over a year ago and they have been great, but somehow my wife has claimed them for her gym trip. So I upgraded to the i8s and they are superb. Great headphone, fast delivery and at a really cracking price.

Instead of getting beats or Bose to replace my aging Bose QC25, I decided to try a new brand and I'm so pleased it did. The Audiyo Studio 2 sound quality is as good as my Bose (with superb ANC) and at a 1/3 of the price. Highly recommended.

I have owned a pair of Audiyo i8s for over 6 months and I have been very happy with them. The sound quality is very good and the charge lasts for a long time. It is easy to recharge by simply returning the earphones to their case. The case itself seldom requires to be charged which is also very convenient. I use these whilst exercising as well as for casual listening using both my phone and tablet.Would highly recommend these, especially at this price point.

I love my Audiyo Bangaz! I'm travelling a lot with work and it's great to have 2 x powerful portable speakers for when I'm relaxing in the hotel with music or equally as good for a film. Fast delivery and lots of tracking updates. Great service.

Purchased the i8s - a great set of in-ears that suit the gym, commuting (blocking out the dreaded northern line!), and just general wear for music on the go. The option to use only one earphone allows for great sound delivery whilst keeping one ear available to listen out for traffic/managers/etc. The charging case unit also provides handy on-the-go charging capabilities, meaning you're never caught without music. Fully recommend!
