Please please avoid this atrociously bad company. A lift out of service for 2 weeks where I live and 3 promises that someone would attend yet never showed and now being told they ‘don’t know’ when someone can attend?! Such disgusting service.

Very poor standard and no customer service. We are currently Axis' clients and we had 2 engineers last Friday coming to have a look at the passenger lift. They said that the lift had to be out of service because there were some minor works to be done. Then another engineer came yesterday and said that he didn't know anything about the other 2 engineers who came on Friday and spent half a day and concluded that the lift needed some repairs- exactly the same thing that the other 2 engineers said! Then today a 4th engineer named John calls me saying that he wants to send an engineer to come and see the lift again and he didn't know anything about the 3 previous engineers who came on site!! After a couple of minutes of conversation he gave me the contact details of the service manager by the name of Jason Pringle. I called the office and asked to speak to him and he didn't even want to speak to me on the phone saying to his colleague to tell me that its not his field (so why did John mentioned his name?) and that I had to speak with John- the same person that just gave me his contact details!! This is absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional.

Really poor customer service. Repeatedly decommissioning a lift in the portfolio I look after and not letting me know when they know we have seriously ill elderly people living in the block. I will not be renewing their contract.
