When I met Holly for the first time, I was impressed by the professional, thorough and realistic approach to selling a property which she demonstrated, which inspired confidence. In practice, once I selected her and Bairstow Eves (Southgate) to find a buyer, these - high - expectations were fully met. From the outset, Holly set to work quickly to market the property to show its full attributes and potential, she then managed the buying process fairly and professionally, including competing offers, and she was also accessible and responsive to my queries during the whole process. He is polite, respectful and very friendly. He is a delight to talk to and I have no desire to deal with anyone else in his office, although I am sure they are all good. He met me at the places I wanted to view. He is not pushy. He is knowledgeable and I am sure, would go out of his way to help.
