I attended the Pastry and Baking Class, which was fantastic. Maria makes you feel very welcome right from the start. For beginners like me, it was an ideal introduction to the world of baking. The recipes were accessible and utterly delicious. I'd say this class would also be good for anyone with previous baking experience, since Maria gave lots of helpful tips that will improve anyone's baking. You get welcome cookies on arrival too, which were AMAZING! Highly recommended. Oh, and I felt completely COVID safe. Spacious kitchen and a high standard of cleanliness
