IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL RENTER - BEWARE...This company is not an upstanding company. As an American we know there are many \scams\ and this follows right in that bucket. I am still awaiting my deposit, had to move because the smoking problem that could not be remedied. I have sent 12 emails to LIV corporate and SIMPLY CANNOT GET ANYONE TO RESPOND. It must be a big joke for them. I write this because this situation has caused me tremendous grief and financial hardship. And the fact that NO ONE at corporate will return any communications is a breach for sure. NOTE: Ash the local manager is super - this has nothing to do with him and EVERYTHING to do with things that are out of his control. I will continue my fight to get my monies returned, but its important to use social media to let others know of the risk.
