It’s a pretty busy branch however, the staff makes its best to stay as organized as possible. The current situation is pretty difficult but it has been the only branch (and bank) that has made it possible for me to open a new current account. The staff was super polite, friendly and willing to help.

I have had continuous help by two wonderful staff named Tshaun Shoy and Alfred Achaempong. I’ve received so much support with a number of different requests such as disputes, removing fraud on my account and helping me with my day to day transactions. They have served me with empathy and careful consideration. Thanks to the Security Guard on shift, he is so professional and assisted me with my needs, courteous and polite at all times
Sent an application online on 17th of November for opening a basic account and obviously, had to go in branch to validate identity even though on Google, pole position, is advertised you can open an account online without visiting the bank. Big surprise at the branch, due to lockdown the adviser cannot meet me until 3rd of December. What a bad joke, is it Barclays a real bank? Did they ever heard about customer service? Btw, I opened two bank accounts with Santander (not going in branch) and HSBC, online application and visiting branch next day.
Amazing service, I have never seen so many amazing people.. helped me and my aunt during these tough times get into the bank so easily.. thank you guys for the amazing support and help. And a big thank you to the branch manager. The colleagues working on this day: Thursday Thursday 4th may 2020.. thank you guys
