I have bben to this pharmavlcy on 2 occassions. Both times the staff have been rude and totally incompetent. The pharmacist has his mask around his neck. find another pharmacy. This is a very poor show.

Have decided, even tho it’s closest for me, I won’t be going here anymore. The women who work here are incredibly judgmental. It’s like customer service from the 1920s. I couldn’t believe how they treated me (like a criminal) when I needed items on the minor ailment scheme when my kids were young. It was a government instated scheme you do realise? More recently it was the overpricing of items which I couldn’t bear. Their main focus is to make as much money as possible & not to build relationships w local community. They honestly wouldn’t know how. Staff turnover seems super high too. Lambton pharmacy has a lovely discreet, non judgemental and personal feel to it. Go there. Or Boots.

Thanks for being there when I needed you - the pharmacist was exceptional getting the Emergency prescription ready for my poorly mum. You went that extra mile. Well done !! Highly Recommend

Just paid 16.99 for a basic thermometer for my elderly Dad who just wants to be able to keep track of his temperature. Online it would be no more than 3. Granted online are out of stock and it’s a case of supply and demand but shame on a chemist doing so when elderly people just want to be able to monitor their health at such a dangerous time. I hope their own elderly relatives don’t find themselves in a similar position. Shame on you!

Was so grateful for the kind, caring pharmacist who tracked down my girlfriend's emergency prescription at 10.50pm after another pharmacy let us down. Thanks so much!
