Finding Battersea and Wandsworth Chiropractors was a true blessing! Since working with them for over 7 months now so many things have improved. From better posture, less body pain overall, better mental health and ability to handle stress so much better, less headaches which used to be almost a weekly occurrence, more energy and most importantly I am so much more in tune with my body and my emotions. Dr Ari is brilliant at getting you to connect with your body and see/feel where the imbalance is rather than just providing you with answers. Highly recommend visiting the practice and seeing your own progress!

I have been getting adjustments for the last three months, and I can honestly say I feel better than I have for years. With long term back issues that have been left for years, I wasn't sure what to expect. The result has been a major improvement in my ability to do the sports I enjoy, for much more time and with much quicker recovery. Initially I visited Dr Ari for lower-back issues hoping he could help me with a ‘quick-fix’ solution in 1 or 2 sessions. Dr Ari is not offering a ‘quick-fix’, he is educating his clients on how to maximise an overall lifestyle change, by taking small steps to heal the blocks in our body which are limiting us physically, mentally and emotionally. After an initial assessment which included X-rays and posture photos, I then attended a follow-up appointment to discuss my treatment plan. The follow-up appointment was extremely detailed and I was able to view my X-rays and posture pictures. My treatment plan includes check-points to discuss my progress. Each session is scheduled at my convenience and takes approx 10-15 minutes. Tugba on reception is lovely and helpful. She is a wonderful friendly face to meet when you first arrive. I have noticed much more than my lower back pain easing, I have also enjoyed a cloud being lifted off my shoulders! I have a lot more energy and confidence, more than I’ve enjoyed for a number of years. My concentration has improved dramatically, I have the drive to enjoy what makes me happy again. Dr Ari works with me, to help me, improve my overall physical, mental and emotional well being. We are a team and I will always be grateful for the light Dr Ari has helped me find in my life again.

I've been receiving adjustments here for the last 6 weeks. They're always friendly and welcoming, it's easy to book an appointment, and from a covid perspective, they take all the necessary steps to make sure you feel safe and everything is clean. I'd been with another chiropractor previously but was feeling unsure, so I initially booked as a comparison, then made the switch straight after my assessment as I felt a lot more comfortable here. Dr Ari is through in his initial assessment and takes the time to explain both the holistic approach followed at the practice and your assessment outcomes. Rather than the pain and restrictions I was previously experiencing after adjustments, I'm noticing gradual improvements in the areas I went in for, but also in other areas such as my sleep.
