After looking at reviews I was quite keen on booking for a wax. Called 4 times today (21/08/2019), giving an hour between each call. Not one call was answered. A business that do not make efforts to answer their telephone in my opinion is quite disappointing and clearly don’t want new customers. Furthermore, I decided to drive there the next day (22/08/2019) to book directly (giving them a chance) as phoning is clearly a waste of time. I arrived at 11:29am and the doors were shut, lights were off and the closed sign was displayed... however you advertise that you open at 10:00am? More disappointment. (Please see attached photos)
Have been going there for few years for monthly facials. Very professional and dedicated staff. I am very happy with results..will be going back again.
