Had to queue (necessary) but it was short. Staff kept things moving. I was really/pleasantly surprised at the variety of goods (food stuff) on sale in the store - the post office is located within the #budgens shop. Staff were extremely polite and very professional. Brilliant. I hate shops/shopping but I've absolutely no reason not to come back. Luvit‼️ I'll definitely go shopping there from now on.

Dreadful experience, the lady who served me was rude and condescending and acted like she was doing me a big favour by taking my parcel. And for this I queued right down to the fish counter! No wonder Post Offices are gradually closing down if this is their version of Customer Service
Con artists ! Saying online is different you can't track and sign a letter it has to be special delivery. So I challenged her and she tells me online is different.
The waits can be long but the staff do care about each person. When applying for a new passport, the lovely woman behind the counter made sure every certified money order, the postage on the envelope was photographed on top of the receipt to ensure nothing went wrong with such an important package. She took the time to make sure that I had everything I needed to ensure that my application went through without any hiccups. Great customer service.
There was a long queue but it was a Saturday before Christmas so that's OK. Staff were patient and dealt with customers quickly. I was served by a lovely Eastern European lady who took time to do everything right.
