Booked in for a bike fit with Andy last year. The service provided was professional, thorough and comprehensive. On arrival, the shop was easy to find. Looked smart and the staff were very welcoming. The initial rider interview was detailed and informative. After jumping on the fitting jig and free riding to record initial data on my current position. Andy expertly explained why I was getting issues and advised how we could resolve them. I found this particularly useful, demystifying a range of issues I've struggled to work out myself in the past. Having spent some time adjusting the jig to find the optimal position. Andy swiftly transferred the measurements to my bike, along with new bars and stem. Which has made the world of difference. I've held off on submitting a review until I had put some miles in to see how things settled. However I can happily say that the position changes have improved comfort considerably. I'd certainly recommend booking a fit if you're having issues. It was most definitely a useful and much needed fit. I also have to give Perry a special mention too. I originally had an appointment booked, which I needed to cancel at the last minute for a job interview (which I had to take, considering the times). Under normal circumstances it wouldn't have been possible to rearrange so close to my scheduled appointment. However Perry did me a favor and pushed the booking to later in the year. In the end, I was able to make the interview (and actually got the job). Therefore I'm extremely grateful Perry helped me out. Overall. Great staff, expert service and would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Bicycle for over 10 years. It is my favourite bike shop in the world and I keep coming back despite moving out of the area. The chaps are super friendly and professional, and exceed my expectations every single time. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their fitting studio is world class with staff to match. Highly recommend a visit here to get a bike fit, buy a bike, get your bike serviced, get some advice or just to gaze at all the beautiful bicycles they sell.
Would really recommend booking a bike fit appointment with the guys at Bicycle. It wasn't something I really knew about or considered before I bought my bike last year but after trying to adapt to the bike and putting up with a few aches and pains a friend suggested booking a fit. My appointment was with Andy, it was a really professional service from start to finish. The thorough 3 hour appointment takes every measurement you can think of and tries to adapt the bike to fit you rather than the other way round. I learnt a lot about my setup, where I can make compromises and I'm already starting to notice the benefits of the tweaks and changes.
Hired a bike box Alan from them and super easy to deal with and competitively priced. The only thing that would make it better would be if they stocked some more clothing brands that fitted in with them being a high end shop, eg pas normal, c du c, etc etc. That would make it great. Some people have said about the bikes all being expensive but this isn’t the kind of shop you go to for a cheapo run around.....
