We developed assays to measure eicosanoids and in particular urinary metabolites by LC/MS/MS. Cali in the Bio-Analysis centre was a real expert in metabolite analysis and was very friendly and proactive. We were able to measure all the metabolites we wanted to examine and Cali tested and developed the methodology to extract the mediators from biological matrices. Cali provided regular updates and we had plenty of opportunity to discuss and feedback as the project developed. I would highly recommend the Bioanalysis Centre for your analytical projects. It was a fantastic service and we will definitely continue to collaborate with them.
