Bisichi properties Limited offer properties to tenants at extortionate prices and for buildings that are not fit for purpose. They increase service charges to tenants on an annual basis, with little to no work being carried out on any premises, this is a very underhanded way of increasing rents without actually increasing them, charging a colossal amount for charges that never get spent on the intended upkeep of the property. The shops that I know of constantly leak rain water, which is a structural issue and one that should be the landlords ( bisichi properties ) responsibility. One shop has had several hundreds of pounds of stock damaged and when this was bought to bisichi properties attention, they stated that the shop proprietor should claim off their own insurance. I am amazed that I am the only person that has reviewed this terrible company.
