Found Greg, the owner, most helpful and very knowledgeable when we were looking for a new gas fireplace. Having looked around at several other suppliers, Blazing Fires was our preferred choice. His recommended chimney sweeps and the installer he uses were all very professional too, making sure that everything was safe, before installation took place and offering additional advice on completion. Greg was very knowledgable, approachable and helpful. We had been looking for the right fire for a few months with no success. We visited Blazing Fires and were finally able to get the product we wanted, and for a fair price. Greg also arranged for the fire to be fitted. The fitting was completed within a fortnight and to a high standard. I would highly recommend.
Hole-in-wall gas fire purchased and fitted by Blazing Fires - cannot fault the product or service. Fitting was minimal fuss, very fast and to an excellent standard. I recently purchased a gas fire with Granite base and wood surround from Blazing Fires. Prior to purchase we looked at different shops and was impressed by the products and service at Blazing Fires. The fireplace looks good and I am very pleased with the installed product.
We have just bought the most lovely fireplace, mantle and surround from Blazing Fires. We returned many times before deciding. Then the fireplace we liked needed to be 2 inches smaller than the standard size. The owner spoke to the manufactures in Portugal and organized a custom made mantle piece and surround for us. We have been impressed by the individualized service, the owner's knowledge, and the communication while it was being sorted out. The fitting service was organized for us too and that went very smoothly. I have been delighted with the service and how the fireplace looks.
