The company is very unprofessional, including some of the staff employed. Pool permits were not properly acquired or followed. Overage charges were not previously discussed with the customer and rude and unprofessional when approached about the overages. Unable to get ahold of the pool company once the deposit was made. Timelines were not followed on this project. Customer had to hold back final payment to get the pool company to fix several deficiencies. I would not recommend this pool company.
