I went today for the first time as the laser cutter I normally use was out of action. Friendly, quick and helpful service. My designs weren't particularly intricate, so I can't fully comment on the standard of their laser cutters for fine work, but it worked well for me so I'm happy. One small downside was that there was nowhere inside to shop to sit and chill whilst waiting for the work to finish, plenty of places nearby to go for a coffee or similar, though.

I would not recommend this place for laser cutting. My work was ruined due to poor quality laser. Fine areas burnt and some large areas didn't even cut through (technician attempted rescuing the result with a Stanley knife). Have since been elsewhere with no problems. I used the same wood and file, so definitely not my fault. Not great service.

Very bad customer service... I had several bad experiences at this modelshop where my work was ruined and even if I presented the badly cut artwork they weren't happy to re-cut it leaving me and my client unsatisfied.. Their laser cutting machines are old and in a very bad condition ruining almost every job I have tried to do there! Would definitely won't recommend it to anyone.
