I signed up with the company to get a smart meter. Unfortunately they have cancelled all my smart meter appointments and I have been with them for over a year and still not received one. Looking to switch ASAP. AVOID!!!

STAY AWAY TERRIBLE!!!!!Terrible been with them for atleast 1 year and half. They close the old app without even making sure the new app is even ready, had to go to shop in the pandemic time which something I wanted to stay away from. When the new app did finally come on no email message or anything to say its up and running. Been having to use my meter (which without knowledge is a rubik cube of a problrm)for some reason in 2 months my meter reads that I owe 90, with the app the limit was 30 now explain in 4 months I never made it to 30 but in 2 months when I wasn't able to check my meter it somehow reached nearly 100. Im getting robbed they are trying to compensate for their mistakes by robbing loyal customers. Stay away from this sinking ship!! If I could do minus start j actually would. Why change something that was perfect

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Simply wanted to switch to their supply and get a credit smart meter installed. They switched me over BEFORE informing me they only deal with pay as you go. There have genuinely been a million other issues but it’s such a long list I’d be here all day. You can read my full review on trustpilot.. that will definitely deter you if you’re thinking of going on supply with either Boost or their sister company Ovo. Wouldn’t want anyone to go through the stress this has caused me!

Terrible - I had 200 toped up with them before leaving and only received 80 refund. Explanation - Smart meter is not as smart as it seems! Do not go near them!

I deal with suppliers on a daily basis. Never experienced such a bad service before. Since Friday (6 days ago) been calling to resolve an issue with a supply. 6 days later and on hold for over 6 hours, their office closes in 14 mins. I guess i will be calling again tomorrow and listening to hold music all day as everyone needs to transfer me to someone else. If i could give minus stars .... Need to sort out their customer service.
