Very friendly and helpful staff there. As I don't live in the near vicinity, I phoned to ask if an item was in stock before making a visit. As I was told it was in stock, I made a trip there. When I was paying, the lady at the till asked if I was the person who phoned the day before with the enquiry, as she'd kept one behind the counter for me (when I didn't ask her to).

I went here for a class and it was incredible! Carla is a wonderful teacher and I would highly recommend taking a class here. Please excuse my terrible plating up skills.

Friendly experts that I enjoy having on my high street. Will often research something online and go there to buy it. Same day delivery! Even if they don’t have the exact size and shape of the item you want in stock, it allows you to handle a product from the same range and assess in person. Then they can get in the size you need, meaning you can avoid buying from large tax-dodging multinationals . Win win win.

Took my dad to Borough Kitchen Chiswick for the Principles of Bread Making course as part of his birthday present. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Grace and Al were a great team and incredibly welcoming. Al, the chef who taught us about bread was a fountain of knowledge and a brilliant teacher. We had a fantastic evening, especially getting to eat the calzone we made with a delicious salad made by Grace. My dad thoroughly enjoyed it as did I and I am very much looking forward to trying my focaccia and yeasted loaf when I get home this evening.

Popped into the Chiswick shop yesterday to get some smoking chips for the BGE. As always had fantastic service which makes shopping there a pleasure. Spoke with one of the staff and got some good advice, he also, whilst I was browsing printed out a recipe to go with the short ribs I was cooking that afternoon. Lovely service and will be back.

I attended 'My Asian Kitchen with Jennifer Joyce' in Chiswick. Overall really enjoyed the experience although elements were pre-prepared and was quite basic all in all. I Did have fun and prepared some tasty food and learn't some new skills although seems to be quite expensive for a 3 hour class. It was a very generous Christmas present and there were parts that gave me a sense of winging it at times. Perhaps it would have been better preparing less but making everything yourself from scratch. I would recommend the class and Jennifer is lovely, I just think perhaps too expensive for a basic 3 hour class. The shop and kitchen in Chiswick is excellent too, really nice relaxed vibe.

Only had a quick look but what a shop and what great product variety. I certainly will be back looking to upgrade my kitchen here. Lovely staff and the young man who had dealt with me was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products they provide.
