Getting a parking permit is impossible as phones at the council don't get answered (covid excuse) but the Council still actively issue Parking tickets to anyone having to work in the area.

It's virtually impossible to speak to a human being at Hounslow council. Calls go unanswered. The website to set up council tax accounts is glitchy. I just moved here from Hammersmith and Fulham and the difference is telling.

Well done to this council, in the present situation, with this virus, they doesnt have the time to send the letter in april, for you to set up the direct debit and let you know how much will pay of council tax, but they have time to send you a letter with 600 to pay in 7 days because they havent done their job before, well done, the most helpfull council, what they care about the people that lives in hounslow ? Money on their pocket its want they want, persons are just numbers, thats why UK its in the mud now, keep your good job

I register to vote on 22/11/2019 I got this email for GOV We've sent your application to London Borough of Hounslow Electoral Registration Office, they will send you an email or letter about your application within 10 working days. If an election is taking place in your area, it might take longer. If you're registering for a specific upcoming election and you haven't heard within 10 working days, contact London Borough of Hounslow to discuss your application. You can also find out more about what happens next. So after 10 days i call nobody ever answer to the phone waiting like 30 min after just they hang the phone :) . Never come back to me , I couldn’t vote this year . -Diffrent story walk in the council huge new building many security no employees who to help you :)) .... than we wait like 30-40 mint to somebody talk to us than we got answer unfortunately we don’t have nobody from council tax today but you can make complain online using our laptops :)). ️Question why we need to pay council when we need them they don’t do anything to help :) . Why they build this big building if no employees to talk and help they are many old people don’t know how to use laptops or online platforms :) . If they so nice and there to help people why they need so many security in the building ?

When are the council going to clean up this area? Its really gone downhill over the past few years. People fly tipping, people throwing rubbish everywhere. Especially at this time now they should be making a bigger effort to keep the area clean.
