I went here today for an unwanted abortion (my baby was very sick) under general anesthetic. Read the reviews and I was admittedly very nervous and given the situation already didn't want to go. I can't fault in anyway what so ever they where amazing, kind and understanding so reassuring and even managed to get some beautiful little prints of baby's feet to say my goodbyes. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness to me and my husband

Honestly at the beginning I was scared when I read some comments. In the end they are just vices. All the staff are great. Our english is not very good But the people here made our lives easy. Thank you very much all the staff... And God bless you all.

I went to this clinic around 4 years ago now, it might have changed by now but my experience here wasn’t welcoming atal I felt like I was an animal when I had my treatment and time to leave they didn’t even give my any paperwork/notes so if I did have a complication afterwards god knows what would’ve happened (luckily I didn’t). Hope this clinic has been looked into and is better now....
I received a surgical at this clinic yesterday and was incredibly nervous due to some of the other reviews left on here; however, my experience was a lot better than expected. The staff were kind and considerate of my needs and emotions constantly and tended to all of my concerns with a high level of professionalism. The only downside was the long wait for treatment, meaning all my pain medication had worn off by the time I received treatment unfortunately, but other than that, the experience was a very pleasant one - thank you to all the nurses and doctors that cared for me :)
