My urine after 6 weeks of showing bacteria presence (I wouldn't care about it if I wouldn't be pregnant) was tested again in a surgery not in a lab. Either though I brought hospital letter with all needed information. I requested a lab test however Dr. Elliot who have taken the end of the case advised me ot to get too nervous as my blood pressure may go up and thats not good during pregnancy\. I found that comment sarcastic and unsympathetic. I am not blaming surgery I just hope Practitioners and Doctors can find some empathy towards their patients and just simply apologise and be there for their patients.

I registered with this practice about three years ago and in the beginning it was fine. Unfortunately, what happens now is that you ring up to make an appointment and a doctor will ring you back the following day. Unfortunately though they tend to ring you back on a call withheld number and I don't take such calls due to the volume of unwanted ones I was receiving. In spite of the fact that I told them this on numerous occasions, they continued to do so and I always had to ring them again. I was once told that they had tried to ring me back but I was on the line and as a punishment I would have to go to the back of the queue again. It is also the case that they tried to get me to go to their sister practice at Florence Road. Similarly I told them this was too far for me but they never listened. Sheer arrogance. I felt driven out by this surgery and am now registered with one with a much fairer system. Pity as the doctors were really very nice.

Going downhill over the years and at present at its worst. Impossible to see GP.. All my family are changing to another surgery.
