Whilst Covid is severely impacting their service, this is a hire service to avoid. Eventually delivered item after 3 wasted delivery dates spanning 3 weeks. Now waiting for them to collect the item; they said Monday, it is now Wednesday...it is still sitting out the front...

Rented hoover carpet cleaner. They don't check if equipment they give to people isnworking 100% . Ended up taking leaking water hoover and paying 55 for stuff that wouldn't do the job!
