Pretty good service. The sofa and bedroom carpet appear to have been cleaned well, but everything is still damp coming up to 24 hours later (2-4 hours drying time was suggested) The sofa was also moved and left in the wrong place

If I could give this company no stars I would. I wasn't going to write this review, and actually wanted to resolve the issue, but given that they have not bothered to get back to me, here it is. I won't go into too much detail because the pictures speak for themselves, but basically they left my upholstery in a considerably worse condition than before the clean. I didn't have one stain on my sofa prior to the visit, and now i'm having to pay to have my pillows professionally dry-cleaned to remove the horrendous brown/rusty dirt that has stained all the corners of my sofa pillows. Reached out to customer care and got no response. Obviously not getting any sort of compensation or resolution from the company. In Would avoid at all costs if i were you.

Got quote from a chap called Darren to get my carpet cleaned. At first he was eager to come do the job but as I was still decorating my house I wanted to get the carpets cleaned at the end. I then contacted him asking for availability but apparently, now he doesn’t cover my area. He new my location from the beginning so should’ve just said that at the start and not given me a quote. Very unprofessional!!! Just read all the other reviews, maybe it was a blessing in disguise!!!

I have contacted Darren who emailed me in regards to my quotation, the cleaning job was not done up to the standard i thought it would. I payed way more than i was quoted I regret using this service and recommending them to my neighbours and friends. Instead of listening to my complaint, i was met with defensive answers. Am raisimg concern over a job that was not done up to standard but unfortunately am left stil with dirh sofa and a white mattress that has brown stricks now instead of it being clean. Am very very disappointed especially when aservicer user is complaining and brushed off as if am not telling the truth. I was told we will contact the guy who did the job to explain however from the response i could tell it will never happen as my emails have all been ignored no response at all to my complaint. I did not want the money back but the company to actually aknowledge they did a poor job. I curse this company with all my heart, I work in Nhs and if you are unable to resolve issue this would be taken further.
