I came to Bright Room in January 2020 in the hope of helping to regulate my menstrual cycle as I was trying to conceive. My cycles had been extremely long previously, with ovulation taking a very long time each cycle. After my first session, I ovulated a few days later. The session a week or two later was restorative and included an abdominal massage. Just a couple of weeks after this, I was delighted to take a positive pregnancy test. I came to Bright Room for a third session where I told them I'd taken a positive test, and I had another variation in treatment. I had a lot of sickness during the first trimester so would have loved to continue acupuncture during that time but obviously that was during lockdown! I truly believe that these sessions helped to clear things so I could ovulate and conceive successfully. It is also a brilliant affordable way to try acupuncture treatment. As I sit here with my baby sleeping on me, I couldn't be more grateful!

This clinic is truly exceptional. I've seen several practitioners and all were great. However, Sam is just amazing. Went to see him in last week of my pregnancy as I was suffering from a lot of swelling and not only he helped with that, the baby arrived two days later! Now I come to see Sam with the baby who suffers from eczema and I could see improvements already after the first visit (which was with Ian I think). Obviously for the baby they do massage rather than needles. Sam and the rest of the team go an extra mile to keep the baby happy while he performs the massage which I really appreciate. Not to mention how knowledgeable and understanding he is. I just cant praise them enough, recommending them to everyone I know.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! These people are awesome: kind and very professional! It was my first ever acupuncture as well I additionally had cupping. I had pain in my upper back for nearly 2 years, which eventually traveled to my shoulder and it was getting worse. I had few sessions with physiotherapist and osteopath, but nothing really made any difference. And after just a single session at Bright Room, my pain completely disappeared. So now I can practice yoga with easy and joy, without any pain in my back and shoulder. Thanks a lot!
