I might say, It doesn't surprise me to see some negative comments from people that I guess are not accustomed to working in a fast paced workplace or prefer leisure which is totally cool with me, my gf never understood why I liked this job so much, but the tasks were problem-solving and it got my adrenaline pumping... I would definitely recommend this company, but only if you are strong willed and focused. It definitely prepared me for the challenges of running my own business now.

The interview was confusing and I was not sure what I was supposed to do for a while. I was given tasks which I could not really understand and I was meant to do them asap, so I kind of felt lost at the beggining. But the employees are beyooonnd nice, I mean they really welcome you in their team, and this job forces you to adapt, learn and implement so even though i was there for really short period (due to getting married & moving to US) I really liked these people and the job was very dynamic and fast paced, similar to my current one in NY. 5 stars

If you are looking for a regular job with a conventional salary and a company Culture, this is not the right place. They are young people working, probably hard, to keep going make some money in a dynamic way, mainly based on commissions. However, there is a bit of lack of professional protocols, such as having a proper reception, and a process to welcome applicants. You walk in and no one to greet you in a proper way. People working there will tell you to have a seat and wait to be addressed. In addition, the communication emails, for the interview were very concise, quite vague and a bit tricky. So make sure you are properly explained what the role is about as they will make you come to their office and tell you how the “job” really works, only when you’re there. If you were to be offered a “task“, not really a job, it’s very likely you will be offered a chance to make sales for them and make money based on commission. So you better be driven and ambitious and have time to invests as you will be the only one responsible to make money for yourself. Despite having read a couple of reviews, o thought about giving up in attending the interview as I was expecting to have a normal job, with agreed salary, payroll and etc. But when I started the interview, the review I had read made sense and I interrupted the interview in Ortega to save my time and their time. Nevertheless, I think it can be a good opportunity for those who want to try something new and have the freedom to make your own salary, I guess. I wish them the best of luck and thank them for having me.
