The guy was very helpful and clear with instructions (my first time using post here in UK). You can buy envelopes and stuff in the store too. Beware of the long queue and people not respecting it. As for now I have no problems with this facility.

Helpful staff, good advice with regards postal rates and services. There is usually a wait so give yourself plenty of time as there is normally only one counter open at a time.

The absolute WORST. Terrible customer service almost every time I go. Don't offer parcel force service or give you full idea of what the postage options are. I was berated by both members of staff when I asked why the rates were different from those on Royal mail website. They are slow and unfriendly and unhelpful. Will follow other reviewers and go to Crofton park from now on. Avoid if you want actual customer service &answers to your questions

The absolute worst. Our parcels are over 3 weeks delayed we haven't had a delivery for 3 WEEKS! I ordered live food for my exotic pets and have had to get a refund since it has been far too long for my pets to wait and the food is all surely dead and rotting in Brockley post office's storage where it will probably stay for the rest of time. We have called royal mail 3 times to complain and across 2 weeks they promised that deliveries would arrive 'by friday' but couldn't offer any real explanation as to why the post office had not delivered our parcels. We have tried to ring the post office DOZENS of times and they REFUSE to answer, sometimes even picking up then putting back down the phone! Our house of 6 residents are all waiting on important parcels and none have arrived in over 3 weeks, it is atrocious. What can be done about this travesty?

I put up with the extremely slow, unfriendly service as it's so close to my office and I post 3 times a week. But after a particularly unfriendly experience where I would have had a better experience with a machine, I have switched to Crofton Park post office. I urge everyone to make the 7 min walk down the road. No queues, both desks are manned and a friendly team working there.
