I was very impressed by Browns professional service and staff, who were both knowledgeable and helpful ,which made my choice of appliance that much easier..The surveyor clearly new his job and talked me through the installation process. On the day itself the fitter was polite. clean, tidy and left the room as you would expect to find it So refreshing. We wouldn't be without our stove. I would recommend this company.

Browns have been great. From the initial inspection to the fitting (the two engineers that fitted my fire were really great!) I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a fire.
Service of the sales team in store leaves a lot to be desired. Very Very unhelpful and that's an understatement!!
