Avoid at all cost! Failed to arrive for airport run costing me triple in an uber. Not what I needed when traveling with a baby. This is despite me visiting the office to confirm booking and two text message confirmations. Driver did not arrive at 5.30 as booked and in actual fact the entire office was closed and no answer to any lines as posted on their door. Diabolical. Appalling Service. Ended up booking my return with Top Cars Wood Green as they refused to send a car on the return home. Not a single apology offered. Three weeks later and not even a call back from the manager. Highly unprofessional. Probably acting as a cab service as a front!

UPDATE: As there was a response from the company, I feel like I need to explain. HOW UGLY AND SAD THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO WASH THEIR HANDS WITH ME! FIRST OF ALL YOUR DRIVER NEVER GOT TO THE AIRPORT FOR 15:30 and is silly to say so as everybody knows that getting to Stansted Airport from Tottenham takes more than 30 mins and he delivered us there for 15:50. SECONDLY YOU ARE TRYING TO BLAME IT ON MY SHOPPING WHICH NEVER HAPPENED AS THE GATE WAS CLOSED AND I WAS NOT LET INSIDE THE AIRPORT AT ALL SO I CAN SHOP. And I am not even gonna get into explanation that I needed to buy major things for my children like milk and nappies. AND IT IS NOT OF YOUR BUSINESS WHAT I WAS PLANNING TO DO AT THE AIRPORT. YOUR REPLY SHOULD ONLY RELATE TO THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PROVIDED FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN TO GET THE AIRPORT. AND YOUR SERVICE WAS NOT ON POINT AS I ORDERED A CAR FOR 14:30 NOT 15:00 AND YOU SHOULD’VE MADE SURE THERE IS A CAR COMING ON TIME. IF THERE WAS TRAFFIC WHY DIDN’T YOUR DRIVER LET YOU KNOW HE MIGHT BE RUNNING LATE? MISSED FLIGHT DUE TO THEIR DRIVER BEING 30 min late. This is absolutely unreliable service. Order the cab the day before and despite that he arrived 30 min later. In result of this we were not allowed to board the airplane as he pushed us a way to close to the flight. No courtesy from their side to at least refund me as I had to buy new tickets that cost me 10x the cab fare. WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE THEM.
