渋いチーズ屋さん。品揃えはメリルボーンのフロマージュの方が多いが、こちらはかなり店主の好みにより厳選されたチーズ屋さん。チーズ教室も盛況で周辺のチーズ好きさんとかが集まっている模様。スペインのメンブリージョみたいな英国のクインスがあり売っているねっとりとした英国産のヤギチーズと一緒に食べると最高です。
